Physical Description: The leaves are generally green,yellowish-greenish and gray-greyish. The leaves are oval, oblanceolate (broadest in the middle and narrows in the base) or round-elliptic shaped. It’s stems are usually 20 cm long and round. It’s berries are attached directly at the base, spehrical and translucent white, pink or red. The berries often mature from winter through spring.
Chatacteristic: They are evergreen perennial plant. They are parasitic as they grow on spicies with native and broad leaved trees and shrubs. It extracts required nutrients,minerals and water from their hosts. Mistletoe contain the toxic amines especially the berries.
